Order processing

Please empty the BROWSER ORDER and the CART and re-enter your order. Also try placing the order via another device (tablet, computer).

The payment methods CREDIT CARD and PAYPAL are available.

Please contact Paypal directly. Unfortunately, I have no influence on this payment process.

The payment process was cancelled? Make sure that the verification code sent to your mobile phone is entered within 3 minutes. Otherwise the transaction will be cancelled for security reasons. Wait until the entire transaction process has been completed and you will be redirected back to our website. The authorisation was declined? Please contact your credit card company.

As soon as the payment process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the links to the DOWNLOADS. No instructions will be sent in printed form.

You will receive a confirmation email approximately 5 minutes after your purchase. This contains the direct link to your knitting pattern. The pattern can be downloaded immediately. Make sure that you have entered your email address correctly when ordering.

Please check your computer's security settings as my email may be categorised as spam. Please also check your spam folder. Nothing? Then go directly to your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT and download the instructions under MY DOWNLOADS.

The instructions will be saved in your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT. To do this, go to the online shop, then select LOGIN in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar. Then go to MY DOWNLOADS and download your instructions yourself.

The instructions are also saved in your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT and you can download them at any time via MY DOWNLOADS.

Customer account

You can request a new password. To do this, go to LOGIN and select FORGOT PASSWORD. You will receive an email with a confirmation link that you must confirm. Check that you have entered the password and email address correctly. Check your spam folder if you do not receive an email. Your new password is now valid.

In your customer account under MY DOWNLOADS you will see all the instructions you have purchased. You can download the instructions as often as you like. However, please always download all files IMMEDIATELY after your purchase. It may be that the instructions are no longer available at a later date. See also our legal information.

If the instructions are not displayed immediately after purchase, please contact me. If it is no longer displayed at a later date, it may no longer be available or it may have been revised. I refer to the terms and conditions and ask you to save the purchased PDF files so that they are stored on your own storage medium in case of loss.

No, unfortunately not. The knitting pattern is for personal use only. It may not be copied, reproduced, published or given away. Would you like to sell the pattern or use it for charitable activities? I offer various LICENSES in my online shop that allow you to sell patterns and knitting instructions.
