I really enjoy competing with others and finding out where I stand.

I learn something new from every experience and continue to grow.

These experiences help me to become more resilient and not to be discouraged by defeats.

I take part in competitions because they challenge me, motivate me and give me the opportunity to develop further.

It's not just about winning, but also about learning and having fun.

Every competition is an opportunity for me to grow and gain new experiences.

I was particularly fascinated by the competition organised by Talu magazine. I was sent a packet of different wools and buttons and was allowed to develop a new design from them.

The readers of the magazine were then allowed to vote on which design they liked best.

Alaya with her little friends - she took the readers' hearts by storm and won 1st place with 106 votes.
