You can download the pattern immediately after purchase. No printed instructions will be sent.

When do I get my knitting pattern?

Immediately after purchase, you will be sent a link by email. In this is the direct link to your knitting pattern. Just click on the link and download.

If I have not received a confirmation email?

Check your security settings on your computer to see if they are set high and my email is therefore considered spam. Then go to your spam folder and check it.

Can I find the knitting pattern in my customer account?

The pattern is also saved in your customer account and you can download the manual directly via MY DOWNLOADS.

How can I pay?

I accept different payment methods like credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. The exact payment options will be displayed in the shopping cart.

What do I do if I receive an error message during the Paypal payment?

To do this, contact Paypal directly. We have no direct influence on this payment process.

Why can I no longer log in to the customer account?

Please check if the password and email address are entered correctly. If not, you can request a new password. Go to Login and select Forgot password. You will receive an email with a confirmation link, which you have to confirm. Then your new password is valid.

You can download the pattern as often as you want. If the button can't be clicked anymore, the manual is not available. Maybe it is no longer available or has been revised.
