Die Anleitung ist absolut verständlich. Schön aufgebaut, sodass man alles nachvollziehen kann. Ich würde mir größere Strickschriften wünschen, aber dafür gibt es ja Kopierer.

The instructions are detailed but still easy to understand. I really liked that there was both a more graphic version of the instructions, as well as the text code instructions I was expecting. The included metric to US measurement conversion charts were also very convenient to have.

I love the patterns I purchase from this shop. Beautifully written and put together! Excellent written instructions as well as knitting chart. (Your choice to follow either one! How nice is that?) Also, although the yarn used in their example is shown and available, the color choice is your own as well. Smiles all around. Very nice packaging on yarns and always a timely shipment.

You can download the pattern immediately after purchase. No printed instructions will be sent.

Immediately after purchase, you will be sent a link by email. In this is the direct link to your knitting pattern. Just click on the link and download.

Check your security settings on your computer to see if they are set high and my email is therefore considered spam. Then go to your spam folder and check it.

The pattern is also saved in your customer account and you can download the manual directly via MY DOWNLOADS.

I accept different payment methods like credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. The exact payment options will be displayed in the shopping cart.

To do this, contact Paypal directly. We have no direct influence on this payment process.

Please check if the password and email address are entered correctly. If not, you can request a new password. Go to Login and select Forgot password. You will receive an email with a confirmation link, which you have to confirm. Then your new password is valid.
